📄 Contract: Dutch/Belgian/German temporary agency contract
⏳ Hours: 40 hrs/week guaranteed + possible overtime
💡 Your Tasks:
✅ Advise and support management on welfare policies and responsibilities
✅ Analyze workplace safety risks and recommend improvements
✅ Conduct safety training for new and existing employees
✅ Define safety training programs and target groups
✅ Perform site visits and inspections to ensure compliance
✅ Assist in accident analysis and prevention measures
✅ Participate in safety committee meetings and advise on protective equipment and procedures

🔎 Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in a similar role
✔️ NEBOSH certificate or similar (level 2)
✔️ Good understanding of English
✔️ VCA & BSN (We can help you obtain them if needed)
✔️ Driving license (Advantage)
